Bookings can be cancelled but refunds are made according to the 'Cancellation Policy' referenced during the booking.
Please contact your service provider directly to reschedule or make changes to booking times.
To check your booking cancellation policy,
Log-In to Gohiso -> Dashboard -> Bookings -> View Service Details
To cancel a booking,
Log-In to Gohiso -> Dashboard -> Bookings -> View Service Details -> Cancel booking
