You will receive an email when a client requests a quotation on your services. To reply to the request and send a quotation, follow the instructions below...


Visit GOHISO.com/signin and Login to your GOHISO Dashboard


Click 'Quotation Requests' on the menu.


Find the request you wish to reply to and click the service title or 'view service' icon.



Scroll to review the entire request and click 'Reply' to start the process.


Your customer may have left a contact number. Feel free to contact them directly to discuss their needs before sending the quotation.


To prepare the quotation, confirm the following:

1. Amount to Pay - Set the price for the service.

2. Job Details - Describe what's included for the price and any other terms and policies.

3. Date & Time - Confirm the date and time for the service.

Click 'Reply' to send the quotation to your customer. GOHISO will send them an email letting them know that the quote has been sent. They will have the option to approve the quotation and pay or to respond with a counter offer or change in details.


1. Status - Once you click 'Confirm', the quotation will be sent to the customer and the status will change from 'Pending' to 'Quotation Sent'.

2. To find and track your requests, go to to 'Quotation Requests' on the menu. If your client approves the quote and pays, the booking record will be found under 'Bookings'.

3. Quote Updates - Track major updates in the activity feed.

4. To make updates to your quote, click 'Reply'.


Here's what the customer will see...

CUSTOMER VIEW

If the customer chooses to accept the offer, they will be prompted to pay.



If the customer chooses to counter offer, they will have the option to update the price and details.



By updating the details, the status changes back to 'Pending' and the process starts again with the service provider prompted to confirm the new price and details.
