Visit GOHISO.com/signin and Login to your GOHISO Dashboard


Go to 'Bookings' on the navigation bar.



Choose the booking from the 'Upcoming' menu or find it by clicking 'Bookings as Customer'



To view the booking link, click the link to the booking record or the 'View' icon.



Click the 'Release Payment' button.



Click 'OK' on the pop-up to release the funds.


**Once funds are released, they will be transferred to the service provider's Stripe account. This cannot be reversed by GOHISO and disputes must be handled directly with the service provider.**



Once payment is released, the status will change to 'Payment Transferred' and the service provider will receive an email alerting them of the transfer.
