We've had some reports of users that are unable to reset their passwords.
To make sure that your password reset is successful we recommend...
1. Go to this link. This may be a bit easier on a laptop computer or tablet as you will need to retrieve a code from your email without closing out the browser tab (minimize is okay).
2. Check your email and type in or copy / paste the six digit code from the email. Create a new password with an Uppercase, Symbol and Number. Click 'Submit'.
*It's important that you use the code that was generated with the request. If you make a new password request, this older code will no longer work. Sometimes email delivery can lag so wait 5 minutes if the error persists.
