1. Crafting & Sharing Services

John crafts an online booking page on GOHISO to sell his handyman services (cleaning, bartending, personal training).


John links friends and family to his booking page and encourages them to share it with their friends and family.



2. Booking Services & Requesting Quotes 

Lisa needs a handyman and sees John's handyman service link shared by a friend on Facebook.


Lisa clicks the link to view John's service pricing, availability, reviews and all of the other things necessary to make a purchasing decision.


Lisa feels comfortable working with John after reading his reviews and she's ready to book his services.


Lisa chooses a 2-hour time slot for Monday morning and leaves information on exactly where to meet and what needs to be done.


Lisa sets a budget and clicks 'Get a Quote'


2.1 Request a Quote

John receives a notification (plus an email) of a quotation request from Lisa for his handyman services.


John reviews the job booking Lisa has requested and sets his price along with some notes on the booking. 


Lisa is notified and can accept the quotation and pay or update her request. 


2.21 Regular Booking Confirmation

John receives a notification (plus an email) of a pending booking request from Lisa for his handyman services.


John reviews the job booking Lisa has requested and immediately confirms the booking with her.


Lisa is notified that the booking she has requested is now confirmed.


2.22 Instant Booking Confirmation

John receives a notification (plus an email) of an instant booking from Lisa for his handyman services.


- Instant bookings are fast because they are auto-confirmed by the service provider.


John sends a message to Lisa on GOHISO to update his exact arrival time with her and to discuss any other concerns he or Lisa might have..


3. Service Experience 

John and Lisa are each reminded with pre-booking notes of what to expect, along with full booking details, so that they are fully prepared.


- The booking details are organized so that both John and Lisa know what's going on during the entire booking process.


Monday morning arrives and John finishes the job right on time.  Lisa is happy to receive the services that she requested. 


4. Getting Paid

Later on that same Monday, John logs in to his GOHISO page and marks the service 'Complete' and leaves session notes and a review for Lisa to complete.


Lisa is notified that the service is complete and clicks 'Release Payment' to send the funds to John's account.


Stripe transfers John's earnings to his bank account after deducting GOHISO's 5% commission.


5. Share!

Lisa leaves a 5-star review for John and helps him out by sharing her review with her friends on Facebook and in her social media.
